Payments once made cannot be transferred, assigned, or adjusted toward any other person, product, or package offered by IndMatrimony.

Termination

A. The IndMatrimony membership may be terminated by IndMatrimony.com or by you without assigning any reason, by serving a written notice of 7 days. All amounts paid till the date of termination shall be forfeited.

B. Upon termination or suspension of your IndMatrimony membership, your right to use or access the website and related services will cease immediately. All provisions of the terms and conditions that should naturally survive termination—such as disclaimers and limitations of liability—will continue to remain in effect. Termination of your access does not relieve you of any obligations accrued prior to such termination.

Refund of Fee

The membership fee paid to IndMatrimony.com is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Your membership is solely for your personal use. You may not authorize others to use your account, nor may you assign or transfer your membership to any other person or entity.
