Tenure

The tenure of your IndMatrimony membership depends on the package selected by you or any other plans that may be introduced from time to time. The chosen plan becomes active upon successful payment confirmation.

Mode of Payment

A. Payments can be made through cash, cheque, net banking, debit/credit card, or any other mode permitted under RBI guidelines. Activation of your membership will occur only after payment realization. In the event of a dishonored cheque or payment failure, you shall bear applicable bank charges, and your account may be suspended until dues are cleared.

B. IndMatrimony may use third-party payment gateways for online transactions. In case of gateway failure or transaction error, communication will be handled directly by the payment provider. IndMatrimony shall not be liable for any extra currency conversion charges, delays, or refund issues related to payment gateways.

C. Members opting for success-based packages shall pay the balance amount upon finalization of their marriage.

D. If you choose a paid package valued at ₹2,51,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty-One Thousand) or above, you are required to provide your Permanent Account Number (PAN) or Form 60/61 under the Income Tax Act, 2012.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. IndMatrimony reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor and take appropriate action in case of disputes. IndMatrimony disclaims all liability for any transactions or communications between members.

All disputes arising from the use of IndMatrimony.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
